Los Angeles

The question in Los Angeles is never what to do, but where to begin. Los Angeles is home to many famous attractions (and celebrities!) – your choices include the iconic Hollywood sign, behind the scene tours at studios, amusement parks, architectural landmarks, art museums and galleries, beaches, parks, hiking and shopping, to name a few.

Tamwood’s summer camp is located at the University of California at Los Angeles. It is situated in the residential area of Westwood and bordered by Bel-Air, Beverly Hills and Brentwood. Its central Los Angeles location makes it the perfect place for this summer camp which is so rich in sightseeing excursions.




Disneyland, Third Street Promenade, Famous Malibu Beach, Griffith Observatory, Venice Boardwalk, Santa Monica Pier, California Adventure, Hollywood Walk of Fame, The Grove Market and Mall, Knott’s Berry Amusement Park, local museums and attractions

You will share a room with up to two other campers your age from around the world. Each room in residence has up to three beds and campers share washroom facilities. Meals are all-you-can-eat style and served in the campus dining hall. You will have the opportunities to enjoy many of the UCLA campus facilities that include a swimming pool, computer lab, recreation facilities and free internet.
