Each month's rates are payable in advance.
Residency can start on any day of the month, subject to availability.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Direct Debit accepted. All reservations can be guaranteed for late arrival with a credit card or first night's deposit. 24 hours cancellation notice required to avoid a cancellation charge equal to one night's room and tax. Weekly rates are based on a full 7 nights stay and are payable in full on arrival. No refunds on early checkout. All rates subject to 10% Provincial Room Tax
