Here's a summary of what's happening at the school this week (January 12th, 2009, to January 18th, 2009):
Monday We have 17 new students joining us today! Everyone please welcome Martin Santiago Mosquera Sadleir from Argentina; Mariana Dos Santos from Brazil; Leander Mader from Germany; Naoki Tokuoka, Mikiko Nakamura, Madoka Miyawaki, Takuma Ishikawa, and Takayuki Kato from Japan; Gloria Suarez Martinez, Rosario Sanz Hernandez, Carlos Riera Alberola, and Aina Ministral from Spain; Anthony Freddy Vuignier, Rita Toscan, Marielle Gehrig, Ruth Schlatter, and Pascale Schmid from Switzerland! Activity: Tube Park! Slide down the mountain on a big donut! Tuesday How are you doing in school? We are going to be doing some surveys, to see how everything is going, so book your interview with Terry! It won't take long Activity: Movie Out at Village 8 Cinema; movie will decided that day by vote. Wednesday Are you graduating? If you are, meet Terry in the computer room at 11:45 for a short graduation meeting. Make sure you become part of the "Tamwood Alumni." Activity: Rest Day! Suggested activity - walk the Lost Lake Loop. Thursday Friday is graduation day. If you're graduating, don't forget to complete your graduation form and join our Tamwood Alumni at www.tamwood.com. Please return your completed graduation form to Terry before the end of the day. Activity: Dinner at The Old Spaghetti Factory; go out for an inexpensive meal at a good restaurant. Friday Graduation day! Come see your fellow Tamwood students graduate. Thank you for choosing Tamwood. We'll miss you! Activity: Grad Party! Come bid farewell to the graduating students at the school. There is going to be pizza, cheesy bread, a movie, and company. Saturday Ice Skating on Green Lake; come skate outdoors on a natural ice rink! Sunday Fire and Ice show!
