News from the Campus Manager
Here's a summary of what's happening at the school this week (Dec 19th - 23rd):
Last week we had breakfast with Santa, went snowmobiling, and of course everyone has been skiing and snowboarding because it's already a beautiful winter paradise here!
Monday - Tamwood is happy to welcome 11 new students to our General English! All new students should be at school by 8:30. If you are a new student, please check in with Kaz, Tamwood's Campus Manager, or Tamwood's receptionist, Linda. New students should join Club ESL for the city tour. The city tour starts at 11:00 and takes about an hour.
Morning and Afternoon Activity: Capilano Suspension Bridge with Christmas decorations! Wednesday – Please stop by the student lounge at lunchtime to meet fellow students. If you are looking to travel a little, Club ESL will be in the lounge at lunchtime to take reservations to great local destinations. Morning and Afternoon Activity: Coffee Talk - Let's have a chat! Everyone welcome! Thursday – Tomorrow is graduation day. If you're graduating, don't forget to give your graduation form to your Essential English Skills' teacher and join our Tamwood Alumni at www.tamwood.com. Activity: Let's go on a Christmas decoration walk! Friday – Graduation day! Come see your fellow Tamwood students graduate. Thank you for choosing Tamwood. We'll miss you! Activity: Pub Night!
