Activities
Learning English continues after the ESL classes end when students take part in exciting activities, designed to be both educational and fun. Students rotate through activities, doing different activities every "on-campus" day. Each week, Tamwood offers a new schedule of activities so that over the summer students will have the opportunity to try the following:
Sports such as tennis, football, volleyball, mountain biking, swimming, basketball, hiking, soccer, frisbee, badminton and martial arts.
Creative activities such as arts and crafts, email, dance, theatre, year book and beauty classes.
Evening activities such as: scavenger hunts, discos, movies, talent shows, casino night, capture the flag, sports tournaments, swimming, barbeques.
Special Clinics (extra cost)
In certain weeks students can chose to do a four day specialized clinic which will allow them to focus on one activity in order to develop quickly the skills they need for that activity. Students in the specialized clinics take part one full day excursion per week and on four days of the week they attend classes in their chosen activity which classes are led by experience and highly skilled instructors well known in their field. Saturdays they take part in the multi-activity program.

Horse Riding Clinic
Tennis Clinic These clinics are not offered every week, only in certain weeks. Please check price sheet for dates clinics are offered in 2006. Full Day Excursions All students enjoy one full day excursion every week. The weekly trips include: Niagara Falls Toronto Lake Huron Optional Activities (extra cost) Sundays are "Option Days" for all students living on campus. Teen students also have one optional off campus evening activity each week. Optional activities are not included in the price of the programme but are made available for students that would like to try them at their own expense. The schedule always includes one free option on Sundays. Some of the Sunday options and Teen optional evening activities include: Horse Riding Canada's Wonderland Amusement Park Movies Restaurants Live Theatre Laser Tag
